WORK EXPERIENCE

I have worked as a Professional Realtor in Memphis for nineteen years.  I have enjoyed a successful career because I am a tireless worker with many personal goals, and I have been fortunate to help local Memphians as well as the recruiting efforts of many fine institutions such as UT Medical, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, University of Memphis, UTMG, The Memphis Grizzlies, Federal Express, International Paper, Auto Zone, Sedgwick James Insurance Co., Regions Bank and Ford Credit.  I am affiliated with Hobson Realtors, one of Memphis’ finest real estate brokers for fifty-five years.

I realize the importance of my relationships with my clients & customers.  I work easily with people and I believe that most of my customers consider me warm and pleasant as well as extremely thorough and professional.

Families, individuals and couples that I have assisted in moving here have acclimated easily to Memphis and are happy and comfortable with their employment and the community.  I think that selecting the right home and neighborhood is important in beginning this process.

I have a full time assistant who helps me become even more efficient. My assistant Dawn Cratin helps me coordinate inspections, repairs, appraisals, attorneys, loans, termite inspections, etc.  This allows me to spend maximum time with clients by focusing on searching for homes and neighborhoods as well as contract negotiations  and the finer details of contracts.

As a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and the Multi List Service, I am able to track all available property in the Memphis metropolitan area as well as surrounding counties.  I am able to search properties in a manner that meets my clients needs and wishes.  The internet has become our most valuable resource as hundreds of options can be researched as well as thousands of properties within a few simple clicks of a mouse. These software applications with instantly updated content concerning homes allow me to always stay informed. I spend a great deal of time researching the market in order to be as knowledgeable as possible.
