Hobson Realtors moved into its new state of the art offices at 5384 Poplar in September 2007. At the Northwest corner of Poplar and Valleybrook, we are conveniently located in the heart of East Memphis, but easily accessible to I-240 and the entire Metro area. The visibility of the Hobson Logo on the 5 story building makes buyers and sellers think of Hobson when thinking real estate.
Our new offices are on the main floor when you enter the building. The spacious Lobby features a flat screen TV showing all our current listings. The Conference Room seats 35+ and has a drop down screen, High Definition Computer/TV projector and surround sound…perfect for showing properties to large groups or families. We make our conference room available to various civic and non-profits. We also have 2 smaller conference rooms, perfect for smaller meetings or contract writing!
The entire office surrounds the agent workroom, affectionately known as the Hub (a tribute to Fedex!). There are 4 computers for MLS access, email, etc., a Minolta BizHub high speed printer/scanner, forms and mail slots and plenty of space to work on flyers and presentations. In addition, the Marketing Department has 2 more computers and another Bizhub for printing high quality marketing pieces.
